Ever since I opened up my account 5 years ago I have never gone 3 months straight without having some sort of issue at the ATM. People inside are disinterested in customer service and don’t care if you get your money on time. 0/5 stars if possible they are C(o)ck suckers. 100% better off with Wells Fargo and chase.

Very disappointed with the service I received from this branch.nI have a joint account & they did not want to give me money from thenaccount because I did not have a BofA card in my name. I had several piecesnof ID with my picture.nThe last straw was Monday when I called to meet with Vicky, the branch manager,nI spoke to her, she gave me an appointment time. I got there for my appointmentn& Vicky was not in. Instead I was met by their “relationship manager” I had met withnthis person before & she was not knowledgeable in what I was there to discuss.nShe told me Vicky was on vacation for a week.nNeedless to say I will be going elsewhere for my banking needs.

Vicki the bank manager was very friendly and professional.

I am new to this bank. Our Scout troop has an account with them. I have been very impressed with their customer service and professionalism. Their convenient location near Safeway is also a plus. I have found their online website easy to navigate as well. Overall I am very pleased.
