I went to Deborah for a cardiology evaluation and because I had been told by a cardiologist in northern NJ that I might possibly have amyloid. Dr. Bullock-Palmer explained the disease in detail and in terminology I could understand. She was thorough in investigating my family health history and immediately ordered all testing required for proper diagnosis. Sandra Wiercinski, APN has been equally professional and has always promptly followed up all my visits with phone calls explaining results of all testing. The staff at Deborah is professional and friendly. The registration and scheduling process is efficient. I am confident that I am in good hands at Deborah and thankful to Dr. Bullock-Palmer, Sandra and the staff at Deborah for making this difficult time as stress-free as possible.

Deborah is the best Hospital I have ever been to. I can’t thank them enough. They have some excellent staff working there. They are very organized and they take great care of their patiences. I had open heart surgery in December 2019 and then another surgery last Friday and they took such great care of me. Everyone is so nice and friendly. They listen to your concerns and accommodate you. I love using their patient portal it makes things easy for me if I want to see any reports or appointment dates. Whenever I have any problem they get back to me right away.

Usually I would give Deborah a very good review. I know with covid 19 that rules are in place to protect everyone. But my husband has a hearing lost and can read lips only. But with the mask on that is hard for him to do. I am his caregiver and was told that I could not go back in the clinic area with him. As they called his name he was unable to hear them. If it wasn't for other patients he would have never been able to sign in at all. I should have been allowed to stay with him. He has another appointment in two weeks which he doesn't want to go to because he will not have me there to help him. How can I be able to stay with him and make sure he gets the care he needs?

So far treatment is going very well, no complaints about that, but operator for main hospital is very very rude. Actually started yelling at me when I asked him a simple question. Going through a very stressful situation where my girlfriend is in the hospital on our anniversary because of her heart and he has the audacity to be rude. Probably isn’t the first time he’s been hung up on for having an attitude.

Anytime I called to check on my dad, the staff went above and beyond to get me the info I needed. My dad had no complaints and says they are the best!nThey are very caring and compassionate.
