Buttonwood Behavioral Health Hospital

At first my experience was bad. I didnt get any help first couple weeks. Then I started to ask for help. Still having no support from peers. this went on for two weeks. I will never forget the first person. Who had my back her name was jaja m. I had her back she had mine. In time it grew. my experience got better when i met sharmel. we started to play basketball. we earned each other respect.neven staff took notice to this and they started to talk to me. and got help finally got the help i neened. by there are some you wont care for but hey thats life. by the end of me term i litterally had every one watching out for new people.nbefore i left i gave them a gift were everyone was having fun again no segration nothing even females started to play basket ball. back in the day hospitals used to be fun. some reason that it stopped that one little moment made me feel normal again.nas i go in life i learn that if you stand alone. people will have your back only in time. but now i have enough confidence were i really dont need anyone.nMorgan,hanna, jeda and med nurse were mad cool when i got to know them. nurse im talking about is worked from 5-8nnote: theres stuff that does go on. just dont pay any attention to it. or challenge it youll be fine. that was my mistake.ni told tim i would be doing this why i just remembered it just sort of happened were i wanted to know were you were. maybe there was someone who need to hear this.nfolks staff peer thanks im ok still homeless but doing alot better then when i got out. got a cell phone again with sd card.noh by the way as an inside joke. tell pastor who i like to call him. i walked out with one the coffee cups I told you i would. and i borrowed you name you have alot of respect for. good looks.nnever let any one ever be defensive and just have fun.npal fromnanthony domanskincommitted September- left early october 7 2020

Worst facility ever!! All they served was sandwiches for snacks all day. The food is horrible. The fat security guard is petty and rude. The social worker Stephanie is rude and continues to breach confidentiality. The unit is small and drives you crazy with the continue door slamming. The groups are redundant, all of music and art therapy. I personally didn’t learn anything.

On time with appointments. I have never waited more than5-10 min and that's on a rare occasion. The Medical staff know what they are doing.

Do not waste your time with this facility. No communication. No return calls. My son was injured and not one staff member reached out to inform me. Can’t give this place a low enough rating.

I had a wonderful experience there from top management and down. Everyone there is very caring and understanding all the needs of the patients. i couldn't be more grateful to them. Thank you !!
