Great staff. Worth the 35 minute drive for our birds' care. We got one of our cocktails there a few years ago. Wonderful selection if you are looking for a bird and supplies. Fun trip.

Overall, great experience. Owner’s son was engaging and answered a lot of questions our first visit. Found him less engaging in future visits to see our birds as if he was tired of us. Birds themselves are absolutely amazing as is the right staff. I have had concerns about my baby cockatiel and the woman who answered (did not provide name) was extremely helpful. Cons: came away with no birth date or bands for birds which I told we would get; knowledgeable staff, but not willing to listen if not purchasing products from their store.

Amazing store! Very nice selection of toys, toy parts, food, and supplements. Everything you could want to keep your parrot healthy and happy. Stopped in for my first time today and found some new toys and a good selection of pellets for my budgies. Appreciated that discount table in the front of sale items. Trying a new brand of pellets is always a hit or miss with my birds and I was lucky to find a bag their size on the table. They have a pretty wide variety of birds for sale as well.

They are wonderful, knowledgeable and make me feel at home. I ask a lot of questions and they are very patient. I have two Parrots from them, there's a Blue Headed Pionus and a Yellow Sided Green Cheek. I'm very happy with my birdies. I will be buying from them again. We have been going to Birds Exotic for many years. They are nothing but professional and knowledgeable in every aspect of bird care. We usually leave our Sun Conure with them for boarding and they always treat us like family. Highly recommended!
