Great experience... First time taking our dog to the dog wash. Will be back. Staff very friendly.

Today I brought my dog whom has severe anxiety into this store, I made sure to bring him in at 10 am to get him in before other dogs.. sure enough there was other dogs there that early so I tried To schedule an appointment and get out of the store, as I was talking to the women, my dog peed on the floor (out of fear), I didnt realize at first because I was Trying to calm my dog down and hear the woman speak. The woman asked me if my dog peed on the floor and i apologized as soon as I saw It and offered to clean it. The woman said she’d handle it and had an attitude.. a few hours later I was Given a call by another associate at the store and I could Hear the woman from this morning talking about me and how I “pretended” I didnt Know my dog peed on the floor. I DID not know and It was an accident. I go to my local pet valu twice a week or more with my dog and I’ve never felt uncomfortable before. The other stores go out of your way to make your dog feel welcomes long story short, we won’t be back :(

The staff here are wonderful. They are helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. I have never had a bad experience shopping here.nnThe prices and the selection are also very good. They will take unopened food and toys for donations and typically give coupons if you donate money to their causes at the counter.

My wife and I arrived early due to the fact with regards to washing our dog, whom for a big dog is afraid of his own shadow. But we couldn't believe first we were permitted with gaining access a few minutes earlier, the tech ( Debbie) showed us the area with having to wash our dog. Even showed us each piece of equipment and its function, but talked with us about it ( which helped us) Even was kind a gentle with our dog (he stayed calm) Frankly the staff their treated us in a very, very professional and friendly manner ( Guess who's going back with the other 4)
