Unethical billing practice and I don't know how can this be even legal. I went into Emergency Room and stayed in hospital for 3 days. My family and I were told I was admitted at that time. Not until 4 months later, to find out they did not inform me and changed the status to observation status after my visit. I have a HMO insurance, everything required to have a referral or I will be billed significantly higher. All the bills from that trip was a mess and took over 1.5 years to call each provider to resolve.nnMy insurance was patiently worked with all these providers to correct and pay for the bill. Except the bill from Virtua. They did not work with my insurance and sent my bills to collection. I had a 3rd party to help me to work on this, and I really don't know if anyone on Virtua side was actually working. But one year later, same answer and they demand payment. Not to mention the debt collector is rude.nnI tried calling patient relations couple times, left message. Even had Virtual Voorhees to send them email. No one contact me back.nnWell, Virtua Health. I saw all your doctor's the past 15 years. I want to say, my family and I will never set a foot ever and I am telling all my friends about this nonsense. It is extremely stressful the past 1.5 years to deal with your hospital's unethical practice and a mistake no one wants to be responsible nor willing to work with my insurance to fix it.nnPatient relations don't even care to return a call. This speaks a lot about how much you care about your patients.

I recently had major surgery at Virtua Marlton and spent 9 days in the hospital there. During my stay I felt extremely cared for and my full recovery was a top priority. All of the nurses on the 3rd floor of Virtua Marlton, both North & South wings took great care of me like they were caring for a loved one. So to all of the nurses who cared for me during my hospitalization, thank you so much, you all are appreciated. I wanted to send flowers to both wings but was told that flowers could not be accepted due to the pandemic.nL. Thompson room 335, then 315.

Emergency room service and staff were great! The physician assistant was very friendly and courteous and gave appropriate diagnosis, testing and advice regarding continuous care. Great staff. Thank you for all that you do.

I recently had to take my daughter to the ER and I have to say that it was the best experience I have ever had at Virtual When we entered the ER the staff was friendly and very professional.The triage nurse was amazing! He knew that my daughter was very sick so he got the doctor immediately and she was seen right in the triage office. The doctor immediately had my daughter taken back to one of the ER rooms. Best triage nurse I have ever seen! The doctor was great, very thorough and professional. Made myself and my daughter feel very comfortable. He ran all kinds of testing to rule out what was going on with her! Then our nurse, her name is Rachel, was amazing! She was professional, friendly, and great with my daughter. She asked me all my concerns and communicated with the dr. Make a long story short, my daughter was admitted that night and it was because the Doctors and nurses worked so well together and they were very concerned about my daughter. I cannot say enough about the facilities and the staff. Me being a nurse my myself really felt good about my daughter being in the hospital knowing the care she was receiving. So thank you so much!

I had to go in this morning for a test that had me a little nervous. I could not have been happier with the entire staff. The amount of care and attention I received from the security guard, to the nurses, then to the Dr, and then back to the nurses was absolutely perfect! I wish I could name all of them, they all deserve to know how awesome they were today!
