I have had my daughter in twice in a week. Once for an ankle injury and once for an ear infection, and both visits were wonderful. The check in process went quickly, we were called back in a timely manner, and both doctors were very informative, caring, and helpful. I will definitely go back if we need care!!

I went to Fairlight Medical Center today around 10am because of having pains on my right side for more than a week now, and I can say that I had a wonderful visit. Met Harmony from the front desk, although she was busy she was able to attend to my concerns. In a couple minutes the nurse called me right away. Brandy is pretty sweet and although I ask some unlikely questions out of my curiosity, she was very polite to address it. Especially Doctor Chad, he is very courteous and informative in taking care of my overall questions and health concerns. I just want to thank this wonderful people from this facility for taking care of me today and for being nice to me in a professional way :) I feel better and I'm grateful. Thank you so much and God bless you all :)

The providers here are awesome! Super caring, family orientated & they know what they’re doing! So glad we finally found a place to trust & it’s a bonus that they’re walk in!! Highly recommend!

Went in due to serve and constant upper abdominal pain and saw Dr. Chad I was explaining to him that I’ve had pain in my upper abdomen for almost a week this time but this has been a problem in the past, told him it also brings on back pain but maybe it could be from being laid up in bed so much. He diagnosed me by pushing on my stomach in a few areas expressed then that he thought I had a hiatal hernia he gave me a prescription and said try for 2 weeks that’s when you’ll notice a change. Two days later I called back because the pain was worse than before and unmanageable and I had tried everything he said I could for acid reducers and nothing worked. I had to leave a message with the nurse and NEVER heard back from their office. The pain went away that night around 11pm and then started right back up at 7am on Saturday, which they are closed now, so I went to Williston ER and found out I needed to immediately have my gallbladder removed because it was blocking my liver and pancreas from being able to do their jobs and turned me jaundice. I will NEVER risk my life again by going to the place that would even be allowed to practice medicine what a joke for a medical exam to diagnose a patient!

I had a good experience, better than other medical facilities in this town.
