CHI St. Alexius Health Williston

Before I was seen here I called ahead to make sure this place was in network with my insurance. The lady on the phone assured me that they were in fact in network, and I could come on in. When I got there I asked the lady at the front desk for confirmation that they were in network. I told her that if I go somewhere in network all I have to pay is a $30 co-pay, but if I go somewhere out of network I have to pay 20% of the bill. I told her I did not want to be seen if this facility was out of network. She said that she was sure that they were in network but that she would go confirm with someone in billing. She walked into the back and came back to me a few moments later saying that she was 100% sure that they were in network because he just talk to someone in billing. After getting this information I agreed to be seen.I was seen one month ago, but today I received a bill for $430. I called My insurance and they said there are not in network with the hospital and that whoever told me that lied to me. I called the billing department and ask them if they could help me and reduce my bill since their employees lied to me on three separate occasions. They said there’s nothing they can do. I was charged $5000 to be seen for 10 minutes because I had an infected piercing. I know how to pay 20% of the bill which is $430, and there’s nothing I can do about it. If you can’t trust your healthcare providers who can you trust? There’s no human decency at this facility. I think it’s really wrong for them to Take it vantage of their patients like this. I wouldn’t go back again if I was dying

Worst ER i have ever been too. Go in for something simple and end up being stuck there for 8 hrs. Better off driving to minot if you have an emergency.

Compared to my first pregnancy and delivery, this hospital was absolutely incredible. From the nurses, doctors, anesthesiologist and phlebotomist.. every one was extremely kind and made my stay so much more enjoyable. Had an incredibly beautiful and peaceful birth in a beautiful facility. Thank you everyone at Chi St Alexius!!

From Watford city, you have a chose from Dickinson or Williston. Checking reviews I was horrified to go to either hospital but when I called both explaining my symptoms and so forth I new CHI Williston would be the one. Having same day surgery can sometimes be scary. The staff at CHI made sure I was fully prepared before coming in and even called me before there 4pm time slot they usually call. Going in that morning I was NOT fond of the reception, I thought to myself is this gonna be my hole experience? I gave it a shot anyway and I’m glad I did. The nurses and surgery staff were amazing! Not to mention they make sure your hour drive home right after surgery is smooth. Sent me home with what I needed and a jug of water made me feel so comfortable. They called about a day or two after asking how everything was going and even sent a thank you card a few days after that. Let’s just say I was very impressed.

If you have coronavirus or think you have it don’t go to this hospital they aren’t taking the proper precautions and if you feel like your dying from other reasons don’t go because they just don’t care about patients In the er I was told not to return to the er for respiratory issues or any pandemic sickness this is Legitimately what an male er doctor had told me he had a black beard they basically want to sit around and watch tv since that’s all I ever see them doing ps I wanted to ask that doctor the definition of the word pandemic but he was to busy watching tv in the other room (state of emergency) I believe this is a crime to not treat patients in life threatening situations simply because you don’t want to if someone is having troubles breathing and can’t eat there is clearly something wrong
