We've had nothing but a horrible experience with Dr. Rounds in particular. One situation after another. No communication, no follow up. Has left my mother without a prescription that is life threatening for almost 1 week. No on call services over the holiday. Seek another doctor which is what we're doing.
Dr. Rounds is professional and kind! Wonderful doctor and I'm so glad to have found such a great primary care physician. The entire staff is very helpful and friendly!
Been a patient for almost 20 years, jackie Rounds and staff have always been terrific the only problem i ever had was when I was seen in the mays landing office by another n.p.nDefinitely something wrong there. But margate office , drs and n.ps were thorough, and professional with NO OBVIOUS BIASES, PERSONAL, PROFESIONAL OR OTHER!
