Since Dr Pirolli Left his private practice, my wife and I have had nothing but problems with Inspira. Whether it's to make an appointment or to get a prescription refilled, it's been a total nightmare. I've been waiting 4 days now for my prescription to be refilled and all I get from the pharmacy is that nobody from his office has called him with the prescription. I've talked to several people in the office and I just keep getting handed off from one person to another and most recently, i had to give the same information over to a recorded line for medication refills, and have to hope that somebody will call it in. On my most recent visit, I had to wait over 45 minutes from my appointment time to have a nurse come out and tell me to wait one or two more minutes which took another 15 minutes and I decided to leave. I think it's time my wife and I look for another doctor and give up on Inspira Medical Group..

I have been seeing Dr. Peterson for years and he has been awesome. But the process to get an appointment, prescription and/or medical records is horrendous. I have been waiting over 4 months for records to be forwarded to my Oncologists. And have gone up to three days for someone to answer the phone for an appointment to get maintenance prescription refills. This never happened before they became part of Inspira.

I've been going to Dr. Hargrave for years and have no complaints with him; HOWEVER, it now takes almost a month to get an appointment and I can never seem to get anyone on the phone to help with ANYTHING. Even when the Dr. leaves a message that I need to call him, I can't get through to him! I have had such a hard time with scripts getting to the right place or in a timely manner. Everything seems so much more complicated and anything that can go wrong, does! So disappointed he is in with Inspira now!

BEWARE and be prepare to go a month or longer without prescription to be calls in !!! Front desk is rude never sends prescription over to doctor to get approve me n my daughter has to call multiple times to hounds them to get my medicine call in!!!! What kind of office is this? I wish I can give negatives zero star DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!

I've been seeing Dr. Pirolli for 20+ years and he is good. Since Inspira took over however customer service has gone downhill. You can't get anyone to answer the phone. They also lost my lab results. Bib is not always better. Think it's time to change.
