Absolutely one of the best FedEx locations I have dealt with. Went above and beyond to make sure I got my package on time even when a mistake was made on the shipping side.nCan’t give this place enough praise.
They lost my packages 2 times in same month. They don’t know how to read addresses or they delivery to whatever address they like.
Nice folk but no idea why they don't open until 11AM
Very poor misleading customer service. My 2 packages have been riding around williston in the truck for 5 days without any attempt to deliver??nspoke with gentlemen at entrance to the building I provided tracking numbers my phone number and was assured I would be contacted by management, I never recieved a call. After looking at reviews and my experience I will pay whatever shipping it takes to not use fedex.
This location is wrong, it leads to a distribution hub. Customers can pickup packages here but not ship them. There is a FedEx Express around the corner on Oil Ave where customers actually need to go to ship items, however this does not currently come up on the search. See my photo, the red pin is about where the Express is.nnThe Express gets 5 stars, they were extremely helpful at the last minute.
