We just received our juvenile fat tailed gecko 2 days ago. The order process was simple and went smoothly. She seemed healthy at arrival and has been sneaking around her terrarium adjusting to everything. We are new reptile owners and I appreciate the fast response to my email questions as we try to figure out what we are doing! Early days but very happy so far.

We got our new bearded dragon from CBReptiles on 10/16/2020. And he is amazing! He is gorgeous and alert. The customer service has been amazing. When I have had questions, they have been quick with their responses. Will definitely use them again!

I got a Mack Snow Leopard gecko as a gift from this page. He was so skinny and his tail, who’s suppose to be at least a little fat (because it shows a good sign of jealousy and nutrition) was so thin that I was scare it would fall off by me just holding him. You could see/feel his bones, I even brought him to an exotic hospital because the gecko wouldn’t eat at all. Within the passing days the gecko just would sleep more, move less, and definitely stop eating. Sadly, it happened what I was afraid of, the gecko die around night time.nUnfortunately the gecko died outside the 7 days guarantee. So I’ll like to know what can I do in my situation.nMy terrarium settings were perfect, he ate the food he was supposed to, and I even brought Oxbow supplement to bust his appetite. Nothing worked.nFrom the very beginning my gecko showed sigh of malnutrition from this carrier.

My baby Herman tortoise arrived safe and healthy. He adapted to the new environment super quick! He loves to dig a hole a hide himself when he needs some alone time and cooling himself down and come up for sunbath and food when he feels like it! Taking care of the baby tortoise strengthen my sense of responsibility! Thanks to CBReptile!
