Schwan's has always been known for good quality food. And in that regard, they didn't disappoint But their prices have certainly increased.nThey were out of my favorite enchiladas again so they offered a substitute. Mini tacos. More like an appetizer. Tiny. It just wasn't what I was used to. The personalised service I was used to just wasn't there.nIn conclusion, I feel that this company needs to listen to their customers. And maybe their employees as well. The salesmen always look tired. Overworked?

Waited for delivery on the date I selected for and never received the order . Time for delivery was between 5-8 pm. Waited till 9 pm before I called and canceled my order. That’s pretty sorry when a company that’s 10 min down the road from my place cant deliver on time . Not even a phone call or email regarding the status of the no show delivery . Will never bother ordering from them at all.
