Beltone Hearing Aid Center

Beltone of Sedalia is a fantastic place to visit if you are in need of hearing aides. The ladies that run the store couldn't be nicer. They are very helpful and easy to talk to. They are genuinely concerned for you and your hearing health. I could not have chosen a better place to go. I would highly recommend Beltone of Sedalia.

The staff was friendly and polite, there wasn't much of a wait to see the specialist. She was polite explained all the tests she did and why she did them. If there was any negatives about my visit was the fact that I had a coupon for one style of hearing aid at one price, and she said that she would honor it, but she recommended a different model which was a lot more expensive but did a lot more.

I called to make an appointment, the first lady I spoke with was very kind and helpful. I called back to ask a couple more questions, and got a different lady named Stephanie. She was very rude and snippy ... She made a national case out of a call that did not go well. I decided to call back and cancel ... there are plenty of places to go for services. Dont need this kind of Customer Service
