Great service!
Spent a fortune to have my boat turn key , they had the boat for a eternity, got it back it did not run , only long enough to leave me stranded on the lake . Took the boat back , it’s been 2 months finally got it back , as soon as I left the engine bounced out because they did not have it properly strapped down broke my engine prop ! Fortunately I was going slow and nothing else was damaged! Then I got home to discover most of my things had been stolen out of my boat ! DO NOT TAKE YOUR BOAT HERE! Have not tried the boat out yet. I called and told them what happened when I left and told them about my missing items there response was , well we’ve had no other complaints ! They could care lesss about your equipment! Or you as a customer all they want to do is take your money! Just up dating my review , put the boat in the water , the boat ran great so they did finally get it running correctly! They do stand behind their work ! I am pleased with the way the boat ran ! It did take forever though !
Very rude. Took a pontoon down to get repaired(brand new), tried telling the man the problem (pontoon leaked bad weld) and he liked to bite my head off. Just another smile in your face till they get the money. Although they repaired it customer service needs alot of worl.
