Of you're going to sell pets in a small town, you should ensure you will have enough food for them. Some of the staff acts like they are doing us a favor...nnSad, PetSmarts are usually better than this... At least the enclosures are clean.
Had an appointment just now for training but it was cancelled without my knowledge. The man said they called everyone to notify them they cancelled. I got no call and I had a good drive to get here. So I stood here for 30 minutes with an anxious dog and a toddler for no reason. What a wonderful Saturday.
A nice place to take your pet shopping. If its pet related this place has it. Food all kinds of treats toys and more.
They had signs posted with the sales today thru November 29 yet none of it rang up on sale. When I pointed this out, the cashier looked at me dumbfounded. She then checked on the price and they were indeed on sale. She was snotty with me when I questioned her. Your employees should be aware of the sales ESPECIALLY when they are black Friday type sales!
I was having trouble with fleas on my dogs. It seemed that everything I tried did not work. Finally I stopped by PetSmart and spoke to an employee there about the trouble I was having.nShe was very knowledgeable and spoke to me at length. After I explained everything to her she recommended a product to try and explained why I should use this product. IT WORKED! My dogs are now flea free and much happier! Thank you PetSmart and thanks to that employee I spoke to.
