Set up an account so that I could e-sign for a package that was going to be delivered wouldn't let me e-sign so they left a note on a Friday saying that they would make another attempt on the next business day what kind of mail service doesn't run on Saturday

When my package was delivered it was left in my yard, by my trash cans, in a puddle. Even tho there was someone home and I do have a porch. My package was an electronic device, so they're lucky it didn't get damaged sitting in water.

Staff r extremely rude!! I couldn't ship from Sedalia, because, my shipping address isn't the same as accounts address. How does that work? They make their own rules!? She refused to help and said I need to pay 5 time more because of different shipping address
