Bothwell Regional Health Center

I just had the most positive experience tonight at BRHC. The team that helped me were The Best I have encountered there. Nurses Mary and Rachel. RT.. Amy, Kristy..TriagenJeff..Nurse Practioner And Brooke..IV worked together as a true team to get me taken care of. I was nervous and scared but they were nothing but comforting. And Jeff took the time to explain all my test results. He even sent the prescriptions in electronically to save time. If I have to go back to the ER for care I sure hope they are there to care for me! Again, thank you guys, I really appreciate what you did for me!

Had an amazing experience there. Had to take my boyfriend in over the 4th of July weekend. Was expecting a mess. Boy was I wrong. We were greeted by a lovely lady handing out masks, the next lady that was taking his information didn't even get done before someone was calling for him to come back. The nurses were so nice, Meagan was our nurse and she was amazing. Had a great personality. Kept us up to date with everyone. We got out of there in a reasonable time. Thank you Ladies! Now to pay the bill... Ugh

We were treated like garbage here! The most unprofessional ER nurses of all time! They run a lot of unnecessary tests just to charge your insurance as much as possible! And they lie about the results!

Treated my mother like a queen! Knowledgeable, thorough doctors with great bedside manner! Loveable, attentive staff! Very clean! Fantastic menu! High tech equipment. Comfortable beds and furnishings. Excellent follow up care post stay! Feels like a 5 star resort stay than the usual hospital stay! Thank you so much!!!ud83dude01

Some.the staff is amazing. But I must say I been.up there 6 times in two weeks in pain and get the same run around and sent home. Smh. Here again. For 8 times and got treated like another junkie. I'm not asking for narcotics asking for pain relief. This place absolutely does not have my vote period.....
