Dr. Jason Bradley has been my optometrist for my whole life and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an optometrist. He is professional, kind, knowledgeable, and thorough for all of my exams. I am always greeted with a bright smile when I enter the office. The staff is very friendly and honest when helping you pick out glasses as well. I like that there is a wide range of prices for lenses and frames when looking and they don't try to upsell you just to make money. I will never forget one time, my favorite frames were stolen at a hotel and Tami went above and beyond to find me the same pair so I could replace them. TOP NOTCH CUSTOMER SERVICE! Dr. Jason Bradley and Century Eyewear make me feel valued as a patient every visit. Seriously check them out, they won't disappoint!
Came here for awhile then decided to get lasik done. And Dr. Bradley made the process a breeze. Set up not only my surgery but everything eles leading up to it. Reasonably priced and the staff is awesome to.
These people are top notch. I can't believe anyone could write a bad review about the service at this store. I just got out of that place and i cant say enough things about them again. So far they fixed and put new parts on 2 pairs of my old glasses for free. Most places would have encouraged me to just buy new ones and throw these out, or charged me for parts or labor. They also personally ensured Crizal cover my warranty on my new pair i'm buying. I have been a customer there for over 15 years and have had nothing but great service. The whole staff is so pleasant and down to earth. They actually focus on taking care of you and not just making a sale.
Do not recommend this place if you are a middle/lower class Caucasian, Mexican, Black, Native American, Korean, Asian, or Filipino.
I can't say enough great things about Dr. Bradley and the staff at Century Eyewear. They are professional and always go above and beyond expected service.
