Cross Trails Medical Center

I called them at noon on a weekday crying in pain that my tooth hurt. I had never went there before, but the dentist office I typically go to was busy and I couldn’t wait any longer so I gave them a call. I explained to them the situation and the lady said she would call me right back after she talked to the doctor. I waited until 5 when they closed and I never got a call back. I would have understood if they couldn’t have done it being so last minute, but they never even called me back to tell me no. I thought it was very rude. I will never try there again. If you have teeth problems I will always recommend Dr. Carron. He’s awesome and will squeeze anybody in at any time. (He was out of town today and there was only one doctor at his office) I never ever leave reviews but thought it was necessary considering the situation.

Gave one star because have to give something to review. Don't go here. They're ok with letting patients suffer and potentially die over someone voicing their opinion. Then deam u an aggressive threat and discharge u even their the only place that u can go to please save urself and go elsewhere. It might save ur life and sanity.

The actual dental work itself went rather well, but out of my 5 appointments I had there, I was supposed to get a cleaning done on my teeth. Every appointment I went to they kept pushing it back and decided to do fillings, etc.nMy first appointment there I was supposed to get a cleaning because I haven't had one in years.nI had my last appointment and they finally billed me $125 and they won't accept payments. They want the money in full before your appointment otherwise you can't come back until it's paid.nSo I never got my teeth cleaning like I was originally supposed to.nThis place is supposed to help you financially but when it comes time to pay a bill, they won't work with you on a payment plan and will refuse to see you.nSo much for the customer/patient coming first ud83dude44

Very nice and polite. Dr. Ware took time to listen to my medical needs. Very caring and understanding personnel. I did not feel like a number on a conveyor belt. The whole staff made me feel welcome.

Very rude! Will file formal complaint.
