I don’t mind shopping at North Country for things that I need. They have a nice store. But I generally don’t feel valued by the staff. I called to ask for product recommendations and was left on hold and forgotten about after waiting 15 minutes on the phone line. When I was in the store a worker counseled me, claiming I had wrong ideas and told me I needed to get more educated about horses before he had even heard my problem.
One of 2 places in town where I can get my dogs food, love the store and the staff are always helpful
Lots of ranch and farm type merchandise..... great quality.
Best feed store around! They treat you like family when you walk in!
They had awesome customer service. Visit them & experance they're hospitality.
