You can call Hale's Hook and Hunt, but chances are you won't get a call back. If you continue to press, you might get to talk to someone. The female receptionist is nice, but the man who runs the bow shop is abrasive, degrading, and belittling. One of the worst experiences I've ever had with a small business.. I would sooner step into oncoming traffic then give them a dime of my business. 0 stars.

I had a cracked limb on my old bow during bow season, Ernie and his staff were knowledgeable and went above and beyond to get me back in the woods with a new bow. Very satisfied repeat customer.

Staff has always been nice and prices are decent. Selection is lacking especially for fishing supplies.
