After recent cataract surgery at Missouri Eye Institute, I returned to Dr. Frazier for my new glasses. I was so excited to pick them up today, and was not disappointed! Dr. Frazier and his staff are outstanding! Thank you so much for your kindness!
We are in a shut down I know , but people need to see , and at least feel like there is someway that the ones at work till 2 eachday can do something to help, besides I can not do this and that and point out everything you can not do .what can you do to help.... is the solution. If you are there working ask yourself why
Had an appointment at 2:30. Another patient came in after me and was seen BEFORE me. Waited over an HOUR for my appointment!!!!
Dr Frazier and the staff here are very friendly. They have great customer service and care about your needs. There was practically no wait time at all. I definitely reccomend this place.
I'm no longer using America's Best in Joplin and decided to try Walmart Vision & glasses going upon the experiences of friends and family. I was very impressed with their optometrist which was very friendly and knowledgeable. They have a great selection of frames with a wide range in cost. One of the best experiences I have had. Will definitely be my number one place to go.
