Used this kennel for the first time recommended by my uncle. The people we felt with were very nice and pricing was reasonable. They had our loves for a week and they seemed great when we picked them up. Great place good pricing and friendly staff!
Great service and good food. Plus they have RV / 5th wheel parking right behind there restaurant.
If I had a choice to leave no stars I would. Most horrible service ever! Woman who worked there was so rude and had a chip on her shoulder and refused to let me speak to a manager. I wouldnt take a dog there ever again!
Ask questions before leaving your dog we got charged $21 a day for a small dog when they quoted us $15 a day they charge us for one video and one pic of our dog cause we wanted to see him and we made appointment to pick him up at 7:00pm and they charge us a late fee even when they say they have no hours and only by appointments ..
The place is clean. The owners are nice people and customer friendly. My cat and dog babies have no problem being here and that gives me confidence to leave them at Best Pet Boarding while I'm out of town.
