Customer service is the worse customer service I have ever received a a store in my life! I will never buy Red Wing every again, because of this store! They don't on defective items. Shoes were never worn, but defective straight out of the box. Yet the won't take them back and then they make you feel like your the criminal for bring them back! Stay away from this store!

Wide selection of work and casual shoes. Good quality, good service. You actually get your feet measured! Very happy with entire shopping experience.
Owner is very very friendly and very helpful. Location is a little difficult to see from the road if you have gone South of TSC you have missed it. The best way yo approach this store is from the south as you may spend a lot of time waiting to make a left turn into the parking lot
