Shoe Sensation

This place is a joke! Absolutely NO customer service, and.... a employee informed me that shoes were marked up $35.50 per pair! I will go to the city before I go in there again.

Shoe Sensation has a lot of options to choose from! The employees are very friendly and nice! Their prices are very good as well! The store was very clean and easy to navigate! I would recomend this place to anyone who wants quality shoes at a good price! I walked in not expecting much, but was extremely satisfied when I walked out! Great job!

The manager, Geri, is rude! I was in shopping for shoes and she was loudly and negatively talking about an employee at the register. She conducts herself poorly et clearly lacks maturity, class and professionalism. My friend and I put what would have been a fairly large sale back on the shelf and left the store. I will take my business elsewhere. I have been told by several people that they have been in the store and overheard Geri speaking rudely to her staff and at times customers. The store is losing and will continue to lose business with her as the manager.

Jeri is very sweet and very helpful to all of her customers! Got a great pair of shoes at a really good price for my son mayson!
