Halloween evening was our first visit to OTV. Our server (blonde hair and the cutest suede skirt) was the best I’ve had in years. She was attentive without being overbearing and so sweet. The cheese board was delicious, wine selection was a delight in the middle of North Dakota, and we enjoyed the ambiance as well. It’s the kind of place I’d take everyone from my mom to my best friend (who is also my mom, but mind your business). We enjoyed our mini date night so much. What a delightful place.
