Wide variety of cat food for their needs
No workers really for assistance in store
I have been shopping here since I moved to Minot, lately the customer service has been lacking and today was NOT A GREAT DAY to go in if I wanted friendly help. Somedays they are great but it depends who is working and for a brick and mortar store they need to have mostly great service not just a 50/50 shot. So happy to leave the area and not have to shop here anymore
I went in for a betta and the one I saw was not only labeled incorrectly, ( labeled as a old dining dragon make despite being very clearly a female) the employees were absolutely clueless about the fish. They seemed less than enthused about working there and did not try to assist at all. The fish “specialist” was very unhelpful. I was not offered a bag to protect the fish from the sunlight. Will not be returning in the future unless customer service improves.
Went in for dog training and it went okay. My dog 1st time so I really didn't know what to expect so I guess experience was okay. Pro trainer was nice. She kept trying new things with him to get him comfortable. She provided treats and provide toys and even different leashes that might work differently. Information provided was helpful. I however didn't like training area. Wish it was more private. Kind of effect the fact I didn't want more classes. Having other customers and even pet distracted the training session.
