Was being seen at the ob office here at this location the staff are extremely rude I weighted 110 for 1st apt then 1 for my next one and was told I need watch my weight...... and on top of that they did not bill my insurance like they should have but billed them for 2 annual check ups in the same day for about $2000 added together ..... I went back to the renown in reno where I have had my last 3 children and even my copays are half the price so I will do the extra drive because that office is so horrible.... wouldn't ever suggest any one to go here for any reason. Even the er sucks! Just a heads up

Absolutely top notch care! The experience is really made by an A+ nursing staff that care deeply about their jobs and every patient coming through the door. The hospital staff are the reason I would choose this location for any future medical needs.

Pre-op services were efficient and well-organized. Sarah performed that dreadful Covid-19 test with gentleness & compassion. Surgery staff focused on accuracy, sterile prep, and created a hospitable environment in the OR setting up for the procedure. Maria, recovery room nurse was a saint...patient, thorough, and phoned me the next day for follow-up. I've used this hospital since 1980 for testing, labs and same-day surgeries. I'm as demanding as the next person about quality of health care but I have not had any bad experiences at Banner.

My daughter went into the ER because she had symptoms of strep. She opted for the ER because we’re from California and they prefer you do it that way as opposed to urgent care. She was treated horribly, she has always had a quick swab which turns out negative and then one they send to the lab, lab one always comes back positive. This didn’t happen, she was asked what if anything else was wrong, she told them her lower back was burning, the nurse held up her hand and said you have more symptoms than I can count on one hand. No antibiotics were sent home, nurses were laughing about this, I just feel like when you’re sick enough to go to the ER, you should be taken care of. So unprofessional, zero bedside manner and disgusting. If you want care, go to urgent care or your GP. Not here, also they were pushing covid test and when they didn’t want to prescribe antibiotics, just sent her home, now it’s the next day and she is again on her way to urgent care. Shame on them and this facility! Don’t go here! If they had an option for negative stars, I’d give them that rating! I hope no one has to experience this again.
