The service was very poor. The workers were very rude and not helpfull at all. I honestly felt super uncomfortable being in there. The one star is for the... I honestly don’t know I woudl give 0 stars if I could. I would expect from a smaller business the service would be welcoming but that was not the case.

The staff is way better and friendly and willing to help and a good stock on supplies in there

I'm not educated enough to say anything about the care of their animals, I haven't noticed if it's bad or good. But I'm extremely uncomfortable every time I'm in there. I've been in about three times while we were setting up our new aquarium and the employees are rude. They have a better fish selection over Pet Parade but PP's fish are in way cleaner tanks. Pet Parade is also WAY nicer when it comes to the employees. This isn't necessarily a complete criticism but they have obnoxious signs posted everywhere. Don't touch this, don't tap that, keep your kids away from this. Most of it is common sense but even slightly attentive employees would also work much better.

Staff has no clue about anything they sell for products unless Karen is working. Minimum wage employees in high school can still learn about products offered. I won't be returning because they cannot actually help you do anything more than tell you where to look.
