Me and my wife have been to the CH several times.. The service was good the food fall short just a. Bit. I got a new York strip that was not the most tender but was edible. My wife's burger was pretty good. We both had fries and they were not done all the way some were cool in the middle and some were far from crispy
I am happy we found this gem in Hillsboro. The potato skins, trashed wings, burgers, potato soup of the day and even the garden salad was great! It was a relaxed atmosphere, the staff were pleasant and the price was reasonable. We will definitely be back!
Pizza was spectacular. The crust was very thin and had a cracker like consistency. Tons of toppings. Way more than I expected. The potato soup was also very good. Topped with a lot shredded cheese and bacon. A lot of bacon.
Food was good. Pricing was good. We bought an on line coupon to use there and that site did not have the correct kids menu listed.
A nice, local watering hole that is smoke free upstairs and smoking downstairs.nnGood prices on drinks and food with attentive service. Portions on plates seemed of nice size. Everything looked good in presentation coming out of the kitchen.nnDining room and bar upstairs appeared very clean. I did not make it to the restroom. I would definitely come back.
