It was ok tgey were out of ketchup I wish they would post a sign up about it.
Service slow, priceynOnce server arrive super nice, which allowed the stars to be a 3, instead of a 1 !
I did a mobile order, one the app. It showed that it was ready to pick up so I headed that way. When I got there it wasn’t ready, which I will admit they were pretty busy. I waited long than I was suppose too, which is fine. What made me mad it when I finally got my food, I opened it in the car and the fries and wings were all mixed together, like they shook the container. Plus you would think my food would be warm or hot since it wasn’t ready and I waited but nope. I tried to call and get my food fresh but my call wasn’t answered.
Went twice..the first time I had to call from the door and was told they wouldn't seat anyone for 25 minutes. This was during business hours and had 15 people waiting to be seated...no host..no one even came to the front i had to call. This was after a lady and her son left saying they had stood there for 10 minutes and no one had come up. The second time I called ahead to make sure someone was working and we got seated as soon as we walked in. This time we had good food and service but the appetizer came after the meal. They didn't charge for it but still the point. I don't think I will be returning for a while if I ever do. Plenty of other options in joplin
The service is horrible! I would actually give this location a 0 star if I could. We have waited several times at the hostess stand for someone to acknowledge us but this evening was by far the worst. We waited over 20 minutes and not one person acknowledged any customers standing in the area by the hostess stand. I even called the restaurant while standing in the front area and told them there was about 20+ people (over 6 parties) waiting to be acknowledged by someone. I was told there would be someone coming up there in a second. We waited another 10 minutes then left. In that 10 minutes Bdubs lost at least over 30 paying customers because everyone standing there was letting others walking in know how horrible it was to wait, so people left to go elsewhere. The 2 ladies standing in front of us said they had been waiting an hour and no one ever came to greet them. We love Bdubs but this place is awful. The old location was much much better.
