These people shouldn’t provide service to anyone worst hospital experiences ever!

Went here to pick up an item my father had forgotten because I live much closer than he does. When I arrived at the main entrance it was locked. I walked around the entire building to find that only 1 door was unlocked. Thank God I wasn't having a medical issue because I would've ended up dead in the parking lot trying to find a way in.

I have been going to CHI in Dickinson for 4 years and have been very happy with the experience. I have loved Dr. Baker as a Family practice doctor! I have also stayed overnight in the hospital for a surgery and was VERY well taken care of.

I recently had my baby at this facility, as well as my prenatal care leading up to the birth of my son (first child, first time mother). All I can say is that I wish all places took care of their patients like they took care of me, my fiance, and my baby.nnAll of the nurses in the Women's Health clinic were extremely approachable, caring, and efficient in getting me the help and care I needed. As for my doctor, Dr. Arnold, my fiance nor I ever felt uncomfortable seeing him for any of our visits, and we always had extremely informative conversations with him regarding my care. All questions were always answered to the best of his ability until I understood, and they were explained in ways that I was able to understand. He always made sure to include my fiance, which was not something I have experienced at other places. Above all else, though, having him as my primary care provider for this pregnancy and delivery gave me the best delivery experience I could have asked for.nnIn the Labor and Delivery department, being induced, ALL of the nursing staff that tended to me were extremely empathetic, kind, and very accommodating. I never felt like a bother or burden, and I was always made to feel comfortable and cared for. I was constantly checked on, and I never felt like i had to ask for anything because the nurses always had anticipated what I needed and had it ready for me when i wanted it or offered it to me at what seemed like the absolute perfect times.nnBeing from a big metropolitan city known for their medical facilities (Houston, TX) and then moving to a small town like this, I can only say my hometown needs to take notes on this particular place, and this place deserves more recognition than it has. Best experience i've ever had and I am so thankful for all of the staff that were involved in my care.

My mother had the absolute worst experience here twice!!! Dr Stephen Coulson has the worst bed side manner. Proceeded to scold my almost 63 year old mother and berate her before discharging her, without even facing her to go over her diagnosis. He's a pompous, arrogant, and careless Dr and shouldn't be left to care for anyone's health. He will be reported! Go to Bismark! I would not recommend anyone leaving their loved ones health in the hands of this facility. I don't know if this is typical medical care in small town Dickinson, but here in Phx AZ patients would NEVER be treated so carelessly.
