Super service and food yummy.
We had a very good experience at JOSE' PEPPERS for Dinner tonight. The service was great and our food was very good. They were pretty busy with curbside orders and inside has maybe 50% capacity, but we got right in for Dinner.
I have ate at the Lee's summit location several times. Each time there is issues with not getting what you order. Today I asked for salsa and sour cream three times, never got it.nThe manager was walking back in from getting coffee, carrying two large trays for her and others. I had to get up and find her to talk about my issues.nMy problem is the staff is not focused on customer service. That is what the restaurant business is built around. Making sure your customers have what they ordered.
Best Mexican restaurant I've been to period. I travel often and am a frequent consumer of the food. Hands down my favorite place. Kat P is the best server in the building, I will drive back from stl to here just for the service.
We had great service.the lady was good at her job.food could of been hotter.they to use good hamburger .not one you bit into something.
