The Ranch House Bar & Grill

I initially came in initially because the prices online competed with that of fast food. I was surprised to see that the prices have gone up for my burger listed online for $8 to $13. I was greeted and quickly seated, the waitress got my order, food came quickly. the burger was the best burger I have had in a very long time if not ever. I came topped with pulled pork and coleslaw. I highly recommend it. The cashier was attentive appropriate times, keeping my glass topped off. Even though prices were different than what was advertised, I enjoyed my experience and the food so much I recommended it to everyone at my work. Highly satisfied.

Pretty good restaurant. There are better ones around here, however. Prices are fair and service is great. It is never really busy, so if you want a quiet place this is the place to go.

Held off on writing a review on this place because i do genuinely really enjoy the food. However, the service has always been in a state of disarray and tonight was no exception. started out with a request for a sweet tea without ice and i had received an unsweetened tea, with ice. no big deal right? make amends and be good to go; after my tea is brought back our order is taken. 45 minutes later our appetizer and my wife's entree arrives. the fried mac n cheese bites were as cold as the ranch that came with them and soggy from the oil they were fried in(probably 30+minutes ago). my wife's pulled pork nachos were cold enough the cheese on top of them had set up making them difficult to eat, we ended up having to ask a different waitress to please take them to the back to reheat them due to how cold they were, once they returned the chips were soggy as they get in a microwave but we were happy that the food was atleast warm. 10 minutes after the first round of cold food arrived my food had finally arrived. the burrito was warm but cold in the middle like the savoriest hot pocket i had ever eaten, which when combined with the temperature of my wife's meal leads me to believe that it was also reheated in a microwave in the back. asked for a to-go box and the check and had to wait 10+ minutes for that also. as per usual the food was good even if it was too cold to fully enjoy and the service was terrible. I have always held out hope for this restaurant because the food is so good even when it is cold, i hope one day they can get their act together well enough for me to know what hot food from their kitchens tastes like.

My experience with this restaurant was not the best. Food was not good and they also messed up our order and also forgot parts of our order. I will definitely will not be a repeat customer I'd rather go to McDonald's.

My Husband and I went their for date night. It started out with a nice greeting followed by us being seated our waitress took our drink order and we never saw her again we waited over 30 mins on just our drinks that never came we waved down our waitress twice and was ignored. We ended up just walking out and going to Coltons.
