Outright refuses to serve patients that have waited over a month due to medical inability to wear a mask which is allowed under Sisolak's order with NO ADVANCE NOTICE of their apathy.
This isn't a corner market. They're refusing medical service on a whim.
STAY AWAY
The office staff were very helpful and polite, the doctor was very understanding and actually took the time to find out what was going on. She found a problem with my vision that other doctors did not, it will be great to be able to see clearly again. Will keep going back and I will definitely send some referrals. Thank you for taking the time.
I had the worst experience with Eye Zone and Dr. Belaustegui. When I first made the appointment they wanted my medical insurance information along with my vision insurance. Which seemed odd because all I was going in for was a simple contact lenses exam and never have I been asked for my medical insurance information for a vision exam. During my appointment Dr. Belaustegui offered to pull four eyelashes that were curling inward. Took less than two min and I was charged $125 for it. That’s over $30 an eyelash! She never mentioned there would be a charge to pull them or that they would be billing my medical insurance for pulling FOUR EYELASHES. I would have just done it at home if I knew. She looked for any excuse to double dip into my vision insurance and my medical insurance. Be careful.... if it looks like fraud and feels like fraud. It’s probably Eye Zone.
The Doctor herself is educated and professional but her staff are
another story spare yourself the drama of old hens if you are alive
or young . I would almost bet money the Dr doesn't even realize how many people have been confronted and told to never return by her staff.
But either way your not getting past these grumpy old things so if you
don't need JERRY SPRINGER live in your day try another Eye Dr. I imagine
many many left and she has never known why. Verify they were not turned back by your Staff behind your back.
