Very disappointed with Cox Health after tonight. We were recommended to have a virtual visit after a family member tested positive for Covid and we were experiencing mild symptoms. The NP I spoke with told me not to go to work and that she would email me a work note. No email or follow up of any kind. The NP my wife spoke with told us to drive to coxhealth and tell ER she needed to go to OB Triage. ER asked us to walk to another entrance. They asked us to go back to ER. After explaining we just came from there, we were sent back to OB Triage entrance. They would not let us enter. They told us to go back out and go to the tent where my wife would be tested and if positive would come back to Triage. Mind you my wife is 39 weeks pregnant. We walk all the way back to the tent in front of ER. Nobody is in the tent. It is closed. We asked ER what to do. They said tent has not been open for a while. They offered to check her into ER with a long wait. We already had our virtual visit and was told to dri- NEVERMIND. We left. Complete and total waste of our time. Very dsappointed in Cox Health.

After waiting for 5 hours for a covid test on Friday they told me that I would have to go home self isolate and that they would call me with the test results ended up they never called me. I asked for an itemized bill right before I got discharged which was not given to me. I went up there three times trying to get my test results they gave me a phone number that doesn't work they tell me I'm not allowed to go back in until I get my test results that I had to go to coxhealth express portal to get my test results which I'm not currently enrolled in and I don't get an itemized Bill until I get a test results she told me I wasn't allowed to come in

Cox Hospital and doctors offices are kept well sanitized daily and if patients go to these places without a mask one will be provided to the patient.
