I have never walked out of a doctor appointment prior to today. I understand the medical industry so I get that things happen that lead doctors to not being able to see patients on time. I can also tell when medical offices double and triple book first morning appointments to account for potential cancelations. I had stopped going to JCMG for primary care due to the overcharges and hoops you have to jump through to get overpayments paid back to you but I was referred so I thought I would give them another shot 3 years later for a specialty doctor. Not worth it. Next time, I will not accept a referral to JCMG and will ask for another doctor. I think the doctors at JCMG are all fine but it is the medical business practice that is causing issues for patients.

We ended leaving our doctor who we loved over the chaos and disorganization and rude/incompetent staff members here. I have made and/or received probably nine phone calls over a billing issue that I have a receipt signed saying paid in full but they are still trying to charge me for. When we went to the OBGYN you could never call and talk to the front desk people, only centralized scheduling or the “nurse line” that no one EVER answers and never gets back with anyone in a timely manner. And often when they do it’s rude and hateful. When we had a miscarriage last year our doctor was great but the staff just stared at us like we had horns growing out of our heads when we had questions and were upset. They were insensitive and rude. After we decided to leave I sent request to have my records transferred and more than two weeks later when I went to my appointment at the new doctor they still hadn’t done it. When I called and said the records hadn’t been received I was informed it was probably my fault because I probably didn’t send it to the right place. When I read off the email of the lady that gave me instructions on where to send it and showed the email with the sent time stamp to that address, I received no apology, no answer for why it wasn’t done, just a grouchy sigh and a hateful lady saying “we’ll just send it again and I’ll do what I can.” She acted like it was my fault even though they clearly had dropped the ball. I am DONE with these people and will never go back.

Dr. Folz has been my sons' pediatrician for 5 years now and I couldn't ask for a more compassionate, understanding, and honest physician. The entire pediatric team at JCMG is excellent! Many times I've had to bring one of my boys in when they are sick and no matter who we see, they always make us feel like a priority and give us the time and attention needed to make a correct diagnosis. Thank you JCMG Pediatrics!

The whole staff is awesome with my daughter. They have her trust and she feels comfortable with them. Dr. Howland is an amazing physician and my daughter loves to go see him.

I went to the receptionist at the orthopedic clinics she did not have on a name tag but had long curly hair. I told here I had an 11:15 appointment. She said she was busy and that I needed to wait. This was not my first bad experience here but it will be my last time going there.
