Four members of my family and I had dinner at the Jefferson City Red Lobster this evening. The food was absolutely delicious! But, the best thing about the evening was our waiter Ernie. He was friendly, very nice, professionally super efficient and the best trait.....he treated us like family! The kids loved him, and the adults all commented on his excellence! Thanks to Ernie! Red Lobster is lucky to have him!
Teresa Shields is an amazing manager!nnMy wife and I ordered food from this location through doordash. Doordash was having server issues and we had waited nearly 2 hours. I called and asked to pick up my food myself. Teresa quickly found my order and saw how long I'd been waiting. I got to their location and she had our food remade so it would be fresh since it had been so long since we'd ordered.nnI've been to this location a few times and never had an issue, but Teresa went above and beyond tonight! Thank you so very much!
I've lived in Jeff City for 25 years. First visit to Red Lobster. Not impressed. Green beans were bland. Baked potato small (but hot n buttery at least). Mushroom appetizers were very small and not very tasty. Waited a long time for or orders to come (but again, they were hot). Overall, poor, especially for the high prices.
Servicer was excellent... Very friendly and attentive. Food was hot and fantastic
Great food, excellent service. My friend and I celebrate our birthdays here every year. Well worth the drive!!!
