Whoever is the manager on Saturday night 12/6 does a fantastic job. Really like her! Very helpful and polite. Will be back because of her!

This place. We waited in line for over an hour they had one waitress and nobody would see this people were coming in and leaving the parking lot is empty there are three people in the whole restaurant in 5 workers don't go there I just just left. Today I read received the call from the general manager he took care of everything for me said he would check it out because they kept text me back saying things to me really made me mad so I didn't use the F-word but I waited over 45 minutes to get seated I went to Columbia and 8 had a great meal everything's good though just let the buyer beware

We had a wonderful meal with the kiddos. I felt bad for the server...he was very polite and respectful, apparently he was the only server at the time. I'm sure he had to be stressed, but he did not reflect it in any way. The food was good and hot...a little wait, but nothing extreme.

Tried to take my daughter to Chili’s tonight for her birthday because she wanted a molten lava cake. There were 5 of us and the hostess told us it would be a 20-30 minute wait. It took 45 minutes to an hour to be seated. There were tables shut down for Covid but we noticed a lot of free tables with no customers. We counted maybe 3 servers in the whole place for a Friday night. The waiter took our drink orders and we sat for 15 minutes waiting on drinks that never came because we just up and left. We were so hungry at that point we were worried we would have to wait an hour for food. We also heard yelling in the kitchen and the family seated next to us was complaining that their food was cold to the manager. We walked over to Lutz’s BBQ and had great food in less than 10 minutes. Won’t be returning to this Chili’s location, sounds like habitual problems based on the reviews ☹ufe0f
