Brought a pork for butcher, meat cuts were odd, mostly bone..hard to find enough worth cooking, pork chops were good but looked more like pork steak cuts..
First thing that struck me when I walked threw the door is how wonderful it smells in the shop of smoked meats. They offer a very good and creative selection of beef, pork and brats. There is seafood and cheese also. The owner is helpful and nice. I will purchase my meats from Hazen Meats from now on.
