Saint Luke's North Hospital-Smithville

Unfortunately I have smoked to the point where my lungs hurt every day. The doctor said that I am perfectly fine, and gave me the boot. If you want quality health care then seek elsewhere. This hospital has a failing rating for a reason.

Was 20 mins early to a lab appointment and still wasn’t called in for 15 mins after my scheduled appointment time. Completely ridiculous when the waiting room was mostly empty the entire time I was waiting. If I could give negative stars I would.

This facility does not engage in informed consent practices while engaging in psychiatric care. Never met with the internist who supposedly billed me 40,000 dollars for what is considered fraudulent healthcare. Without an informed consent conversation, the treatment is inherently fraudulent. Staff will not answer questions related to medication. They will not allow you to leave without being picked up - which is considered false imprisonment. No blood tests are completed at this facility during care. Psychiatrists will attempt to get you addicted to medication without consent - prior to giving you a diagnosis. Will not lay out treatment options or provide alternatives to addictive, dangerous pills. Will forcibly share information with community resources that then turn around and commit harassment. In my personal experience, I was disfigured through cranial fractures related to fraudulent treatment through the induction of unwanted medication. Actively engaged in harassment and coercive care. Needs a federal investigation related to their standard of care. A complete waste of the insurance industry’s funding and time. High social bias due to Christian delusions. Social worker incapable of acting as patient advocates - only advocates for what the physician wants.nnIncapable of telling the difference / inquiring about suicidal ideation in general, and from abuse of providers and staff’s negligent behavior.nnPsychiatric physicians likely needed to lose their licensure for failure to follow the law. Staff is largely delusional about societal impact, and will affirm this is necessary care without declaration of incompetency from state or judiciary. Delusions related to profession - these are not members of the judiciary. A “god” delusion. Will continue to place you in harms way by including mentally incompetent Christians in your care that reaffirm what’s happened to you with biblical delusions, as opposed to science and rationality.nnWould recommend the staff be committed to a federal facility for rehabilitation related to their religious delusions until once again competent of mind.

Up until 2 years ago we loved this place for emergency urgent care, family Medical Care. The current staff seems less pleasant less knowledgeable caring social. I had taken my son in for an issue with his foot. The treatment we received was is frustrating. We felt like we were not wanted to be seen the staff did not know what to do even though the issue was fairly simple but nothing that I would be able to do at home for my son and required certain Medical Care. Getting referrals updated and transferred I'm leaving messages for primary Care manager has also been difficult.nWe will be looking into changing primary Care Management

Avoid for check ups! Nurses seem really unhappy here :( Plus they mssed the vein 4 times!
