This staff was amazing. My friend felt heard, safe and cared for. My call with Emily put us at ease and everyone was waiting on us when we arrived. We walked in to meet Ivta who was gentle and kind to Garland who was attentive and calming. Marta and Katie listened and empathized in a very anxious situation. Everyone was so professional with great care. My friend felt safe. Thank you Signature for making the process of getting help easier.

I can’t really express how much it means to my life, the chance you took on letting me be there. You literally changed the direction of my life in more ways than one. In my mind I was done-for, Prior to Valor. But all of the stuff that led me to here, cannot only be unlearned, but healed from in such powerful/transforming ways. Like taking off a 100+ pound rucksack and being free to run again, but now stronger. It’s all possible. It’s an ongoing practice. We are exactly where we need to be, as crazy as that sounds, to grow and heal. Freedom exist and it’s all here. Signature Valor Recovery Alumni

Signature Psychiatric saved my life! The intake process was very smooth. Questions where asked about my health with interest and intent to help. The intake nurse was kind and helpful. When the nurse came back into the room after calling the doctor, she let me know that I was going to be admitted for my safety. The process began with being seen by the doctor upon entering the unit. My vitals were checked, my belongings that could cause any type of harm to myself were taken and safely locked away. My history was taken by the doctor who listened, asked questions and let me ask questions. After the intake process I was shown around the unit and to my room. The days I spent there were full of activities catering to helping me become a better version of myself. I made some friend's along the way. The nurse's and tech's checked on me often and genuinely cared about how I was feeling and how I was progressing. The group activities were engaging. The social worker who ran the group activities kept spirits high. I knew I wasn't alone in my journey as I listened to others share their stories. I met one-on-one with a social worker and a doctor every other day. I felt encouraged to speak my mind without fear. The medications I was on before being admitted were all changed. I am happy to say I am still on these medications and doing well! Everyone I encountered was kind, caring and helpful. I never once felt like just a number, I felt like a patient under great care. I was discharged a week later with a great safety plan in place. I went on to intensive outpatient treatment and participated in TMS. These processes changed my outlook on life and helped me through some of the darkest times. I would recommend Signature Psychiatric to anyone.

I had a really bad mental reaction to a medication i was prescribed and decided to check myself into this hospital. After repeatedly telling them it was because of a bad medication they gave me all sorts of diagnoses and made me feel even worse. I never once saw a psychiatrist but was prescribed MORE medication that gave me seizures and they refused to let me off of it. When i stopped taking all of the meds i was imensley better but they told me i was crazy and tried to force me into inpatient care. I did meet some amazing people while was there but none of them were staff. I do not suggest this place for any young adult or anyone who is in a vulnerable state. If i had not advocated for myself im sure they would have put me in intenive inpatient treatment of which i did not need. I feel like i wasted money and it made my mental heath terrible until i got out

DO NOT bring your loved ones here!!! It is nothing but a money pit. They didn’t care about any of their patients while i was in there. I felt like nothing but a number. They are now suing me during a pandemic and i have to go to court for something that i STILL can’t afford to pay. I told them that when i was in there and i asked repeatedly to leave. I have never been sued in my life! They main thing that put me in there was my stress about money! Thank you signature for making things worse for people and NEVER making things better!
