I absolutely love this place. Never had a bad experience until tonight. However I’m not sure who the little blonde guy is that works there but have never had someone act so rude. We were having a conversation with a new friend and he was eavesdropping. Started accusing us of “grilling” her and proceeded to flirt with her. We promptly began to leave and even as we were checking out he continued to flirt. Won’t be back as long as he’s there. Ruined our experience with otherwise great drinks.

I can't speak highly enough of Mitch e Amaro. The ownership and staff are incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and passionate about helping patrons explore the cocktail landscape. The curated selection of spirits, local wines, and beer is top tier; and the store also boasts a great selection of bar tools, supplies, and literature. In addition to that, a full bar and cocktail menu awaits those seeking imbibement or answers to curiosities on various products the store offers. Don't skip this place. You'll probably learn something new, have a great time, and walk out with something you'll love.

Mitch e Amaro is such a great little spot for an after-work cocktail, a last-minute gift, or a chat with one of the amazing, knowledgeable employees. Everyone that works here is amazing - Josh, Chris, Jess, Pat - they're all great. So glad the little gem is in North Kansas City!

Fantastic selection and the bartenders are so knowledgeable. I love coming here for a drink or to purchase a bottle. Support local!
