Hi, I just wanted to reach out and share my awesome experience yesterday. So I got a call from a shelter way far away from where I live that they have found my dog. She had been missing for 5 months. So I hop in my car and get her but realized I didn't have any food, her collar,etc and she smelled really bad. So I stopped here and tell them what's happened and that I need help with her because I'm also 9 months pregnant and she's heavy. Anyway Lilly, a sweet, dear employee helped me with EVERYTHING, even giving her a bath and helping me size a harness. I am so grateful for everything she did, I don't think I could have did everything myself, I was not prepared for that phone call and get exhausted easily. You should give Lilly a raise, she also would not accept a tip from me because of store policy. Thank you so much for helping me, it means so much especially in times like these. Thanks for your time!

When driving down the road we saw a dog running in and out of traffic and several times it was almost hit. We picked him up and due to one of us having a medical appointment we had no choice but to take him with us as we tried to find his home. He had no tags, no collar and was def a little bit stinky. I started calling different shelters and agencies in the area with no luck.nThe parking lot I was in had a Pet Supplies Plus in it and when I saw one of the staff walking out (roughly 20 min before opening) I flagged her down and asked for some help if she knew any place I could call or being the dog.nNot only did she not hesitate in helping me but she brought me in where the whole staff seemed to instantly fall in love with the dog. They not only helped me but took him in for safe keeping as they try to find his owner. They even excitedly talked about getting to give him a bath since he was stinky. And since I had made an impromptu leash out of my cell phone cable they named him Charger.nA tremendous amount of thanks to Tia, Lilly and Deja the store manager. You have def earned a lifetime customer for the help you were able to provide today!

The staff is great. Super friendly. Very knowledgeable. My pup and I love going. Dog wash is fantastic.

place was clean staff super friendly . dog wash set up is good but with the dryers were blowing cold air never warmed up. so i left with my dogs shivering.
