I took my son in for an initial assessment/consultation. Staff seemed warm and pleasant but I’ve never heard a word back from them. Quality mental health services are so hard to come by; leaving patients hanging aggravates the process.
Have been trying for months to get my son set up with a therapist. After the initial assessment, communication has been limited. Promises of potential recurring appointments seem to fade. My son has still not seen a therapist; we started this process 2 months ago. Mental health care is health care. This agency's practices are the reasons people do not attend to their mental health.
I love this center. The people are so nice and my therapist is amazing
I called almost 2 weeks ago and did an intake interview for my daughter. I was told I'd get a call within a day or two from the Liberty location to set up an appointment. Almost 2 weeks now, and 3 messages left, and no return call.
