We visited Coyote's on a recommendation from a friend for the best hot wings. The menu has so many different wing flavors it was hard to decide. My husband got boneless wings in two flavors, Thai peanut and twice fried Cajun. I got all drummies in traditional wing sauce and they did not disappoint.. They were big, juicy and spicy. Monday is ladies night and they $2 margaritas, nothing special except the price. Monday is also $1 taco night, but we only came for the wings.
Wonderful, friendly waitress when I went. Got the nachos after 9:00 for half price appetizers. They were incredible and too much for me to finish. Plate was definitely made for 2. Will return soon
Appetizers were great. Our main course, not so much. Wife's steak and baked potato were cold. My prime rib was the worst prime rib I ever had. The only thing that made this whole experience enjoyable was our server. She was great. She ended up having a 25 top while we were there, but she made sure we had drinks and anything else we needed.
Food hashtags love
All the wings were cooked extremely well, nice crisp on the skin while the meat was consistently very juicy and tender. Also, great size to the wings. We tried five different sauces and the Ragin' Cajun was by far my favorite. Great flavor. Aside from the wings, fries were okay and the service was mediocre at best. You're not going to get a lot of attention and you may have to call other servers down for drink refills but you may be too busy with some great wings to care that much.
