Citibank

not my favorite branch there very reluctant to give cash.

First and LAST time visiting this branch. SLOW & POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE Only 2 personal bankers and 2 tellers. No one greets you and the personal bankers sit at their desk tending to other matters instead of acknowledging the bankers that are sitting and waiting for help.

I wish giving zero stars was an option. I've banked with this branch for 16 years with a personal account, business account and mortgage. I moved to Washington State where they have no branches so tried to close my accounts today. I couldn't get through to the local branch and kept getting transferred to a call center that is an absolute joke. 1.5 hours on the phone and couldn't get my accounts closed. I would NEVER do business with Citibank again!!!!!!!!!

I’ve opened several accounts at other banks over the years and this was the easiest. I dealt with Jonathan Soto and he got us (my dog and I) in and out quickly and kept us calm. It was a very hot day. He also called me to follow up.

Worst customer service ever!!!! JONATAHAN SOZA is by far the worst Personal Banker rep I ever have had encounter with in my entire life. He never attempted to help me with my concern. And all he does is "sorry, there's nothing I can do about it and with the shoulder movement that tells you that he could careless. I would never bank in this bank ever again. Closing my account.
