I went in to find a custom pair of work boots for myself only to find out the leather boots are bad idea when working around salt water. I can't believe how honest they were and to tell me when I was fully ready to buy a nice pair of boots. They do sell them but I did not want that particular style boot. I will however get a pair for any other occasion from this store just because the honesty that I was given.

While they are short staffed the staff that was there was very friendly and helpful

Extremely helpful staff great quality boots nothing more to say really a good experience one side note is that their scanner for your feet is really nice make sure you get the best quality insoles for your feet.

Bought a pair of boots there. Found them for $120 less on Amazon. Went to return them and the clerk was extremely rude. Borderline scolding me for being fiscally responsible. His excuse was I wouldn't get free shoe lace replacements or oil. When shoelaces and boot oil cost more than $120 I'll buy from there. In the meantime, don't waste your money or your time dealing with poor customer service.

The employee's were so helpful and kind and made sure we got everything we needed.
