Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

Wow. Gestapo! They have a G4S security guard at this location who is extremely rude and condescending to the customers. He constantly questions you about your reason for banking, questions your need to be there, questions you about your place in line, over the top ridiculous. Total power tripper. He needs to remember he is a private citizen just like you and me.

Due to the COVID19, there was a long line and I was concerned that I wouldn't get things done on time but I got all things done on time especially because of an employee called Haley Johnson, who helped me and is nice, polite.

Branch closed, atm did not work, automated robot on the phone said go to the website. Went to 3 other atm and none working. Very poor communication with customers. Will be pulling my $ from this schlock outfit.

I recently cashed three disability insurance checks there. The check from cigna was drawn out of bofa. One teller got upset with me because I corrected her on telling me it might be a 8 dollar fee to cash the check when I am aware IT IS a 8 dollar fee. The word might be should not be implied, when to cash a check there without an account the fee is 8 dollars. Well the teller didn't cash my check saying something was wrong with the check when the check was made out from bofa. I wondered was it my color that she was offended by or maybe the way that I dressed. When I took time to play back in my mind what offended this supposedly professional bank teller so bad that she denied me the right to cash my check, I then realized it was me making her look unprofessional in front of other customers. Say what it is, don't play the maybe or might be game. Honesty is the key and don't get offended if someone tries to help you. I never been back since. I take my business to chase or navy federal where the real professionals are.

Super fast helpful service. On a Friday at noon. Only 1 other customer and myself. In and out. Thank you!
